Video: Palin reduced to babbling about Russia in Couric interview
Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 3:59 pm
KATIE COURIC:Have you ever been involved with any negotiations with the Russians?
SARAH PALIN: We have trade missions back and forth. We do. It’s very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia, as Putin rears his head and comes into the airspace of the United States of America, where do they go? It’s Alaska. It’s just right over the border. It is from Alaska that we send those out [sic] to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to our state.
That excerpt notwithstanding, no transcript could do justice to this brief, bizarre exchange from Sarah Palin’s second TV interview as John McCain’s running mate. You have to watch.

Isn’t it wonderful that Sarah Palin has had three days of photo ops with world leaders? Now she has the educational, intellectual and political qualification to have her finger on the nuclear button. BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID!
