2007′s 4th homicide As I was posting the image for this piece, a headline came in that another man was shot and killed today in North Minneapolis, underscoring what Jay, a neighborhood resident attending last night’s forum, told me: this message needs to be heard on the streets; the people who most need to hear it aren’t  attending community meetings on violence prevention.
