And another thing, if you read the Madia campaign press release, all it does is cite numerous questionable donations to Paulsen's campaing (including those from the Vegas event) and this is all public information...what exactly is the big deal? Let's get back to the issues and solutions...I guess that means we need to listen to Ashwin Madia as he's the only one talking to the voters EVERY DAY about what's really important to our district and country!

Paulsen is now becoming the melodrama queen...give me a break. Campaigns use information they get from many sources and it certainly isn't coordinated. I don't see how restating information from a public press release (everyone else had it) is coordination...I would say that's citing a source. This is just another diversion from Erik and his mentors to try and not debate on the issues...something it looks like the voters will never see, as the moderators so far in any of the debates or interviews seem unwilling to try and pin down Erik on any policy or voting stances. Madia, for his part, looked, acted and sounded Congressional as the other two took shots at the LEADER....yes, Erik, you are getting your rear end handed to you and it's obvious you don't like it. Try talking to the voters instead of hiding behind Rammer and making baseless charges...we deserve better from an elected official.

Erik has nowhere else to go. He has clearly decided not to speak to the issues important to middle class families, and the voters will handle the rest. Puzzling I must say, although I'm no longer complaining.

There is no getting around it, Paulsen is not running the honorable campaign that he never promised anyway.

Can anybody tell me the last time Erik Paulsen appeared in a public forum with the voters without his surrogates to babysit the event.

How can Erik expect to win a congressional seat without even talking to the voters directly? What is he hiding?

It doesn’t matter of the DCCC issued the first press release on the subject or not. The fact that Madia issued a press release with almost the exact same wording as the DCCC, is a stong indicator that they are coordinating their messages. Although more importantly it shows that Madia was lying when he said that he has nothing to do with those proven false attacks on Erik Paulsen. He was throwing the exact same mud. There is no getting around it, Madia is not running the honorable campaign that he promised us.

Using the same phrases doesn't at all constitute coordination. How many times have you heard Paulsen recite the same exact things from the anti-EFCA ads? How many times as Coleman said the exact same thing from NRSC spots?

It's a stupid distraction trick by Paulsen to keep stories in the media (and independent media) off of the issues and onto who's coordinating what. And it's working, I guess.

If there was a real allegation of coordination, it'd be filed with the FEC, not TPT's Almanac to make the allegation actually legitimate.

Is Paulsen claiming once a Congressional Committee issues a release, the campaign can't follow up with another one?

That's what his complaint sounds like to me. I see no evidence of coordination.
