MASHA’ALLAH What can i say your a natural born writer masha’allah. Your truly doing ur part in helpinng the somali community get out of its current situation and making a good name for urself. Its not even that you’ve given your life ti helping people which many people don’t do so often.

Please continue with the work your doing and i know there are a lot of young somali youth who see u as a role model, but all their missing is the advice and encouragement to pursue a career in journalism. Speak out and voice the concern of the community for you are for many the only way to get their message across. A message that at times seems distorted.

May Allah make your path one that is of ease insha’allah ( AMiiin) Were all very proud of you……

What a terrific piece, Abdi! Wow! Now I know more about you. Abdi, you’re a real asset to Minnesota Monitor, to our greater community, and hopefully to all Somali people as well. Let’s hope that Somalia becomes a democracy soon so you can go hope and run for president!

Heart-touching story Abdi,

I’m impressed by what you have accomplished in the short time you have been in America. You epitomize the under-covered stories of successful immigrants that do well here.

Your personal story is compelling, passion, heart-touching, encouraging and many other things.

I can see you are moving up the latter so quickly. I wish you big things in the future (I will keep an eye on you)
