They tried twice earlier today. I did not record the call, but the gist was "the McCain campaign and RNC need me to know that Barack Obama has associated with known terrorists...." That was about the point that I hung up. Do they really think that the American public is in a mood to respond to mudslinging? Are people really going to respond to such a phone call with "oh my, I didn't know. I'm going to tell all my friends to vote for McCain!"?
