The St. Paul City Council says it can fix a problem when it sees one. When no one showed up at a series of public hearings, council members were surprised.

After looking into it, the council discovered that there had not been proper notification of the meeting. At Wednesday’s City Council meeting, members rescheduled the public hearings so that new notifications can be sent.

The new public hearings will be scheduled for April 18.
