There is so much wrong with this story I really don't know where to begin.

"For the 200 people who marched Sunday from the governor’s mansion in St. Paul to U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman’s residence, the message was twofold: End workplace raids and reform immigration laws. "

Immigration is a federal prerogative. The Governor has no power to tell the fed's not to enforce the law.

"Eduardo Cardenas, a member of the Minnesota Immigrants Rights Action Coalition, which organized the rally, said he is tired of elected officials wasting time and energy while millions of immigrants live in the shadows."

They are living in shadows of their own choosing. Unless I'm mistaken, no one is forcing them to violate our territorial borders.

"We are passing a message to everyone in this neighborhood, in this city and in this state -- that we’re tired of criminalizing hard-working immigrants,
