It's not legal and if left in place we will all regret it. (The size will grow as all government programs do) Look at history fools. See what has happened all over the world through-out history. Even now in south america,(can you say Hugo Chavez?) and what "can" happen here. Will it? Thats a good question, but not if we do not allow a first step.
