		<description>Is it just me, or is the Red Cross logo and link in the banner of Norm Coleman&#039;s campaign website rather inappropriate?  Sure, it provides an easy way for Coleman&#039;s site visitors to donate to the Red Cross, but it also, intentionally or not, implies a relationship or endorsement of Coleman by the Red Cross.  I thought the Red Cross was a nonpartisan NGO and a 501c3.
