This gives me hope for the Republican party. Ultimately this country is best when both parties are at their best. They’re signaling that Bachmann is not part of their future vision for the GOP.

Just donated to Tinklenberg then called the Bachmann campaign and politely informed them that Rep. Bachmann’s comments were disgusting. Seems like many people from all over the country are calling to voice their displeasure with comments.

Michele Bachmann represents the worst of human nature and her arrogance and condescening attitude are the things that our forefathers left Europe to escape. We don’t need the Michele Bachmann’s in our Democracy especially in our governing body. Who does she think she is to question the patriotism of anybody? Who appointed her as Grand Inquisitor? The conservative right wing Republicans sometime find it impossible to suppress their hatred any longer for those who do not conform to their narrow viewpoint and racial guidelines. Then one of their errant flock will divulge their closely guarded worldview and reveal the real phonies beneath the phony facade. Bachmann committed the cardinal sin by exposing the true nature of the Republican mindset and her punishment is to be abandoned in a hurricane of media critics and public outcries ,”Off with her head”. If Bachmann is defeated in November it will be a self-inflicted wound. She was playing with the devil and didn’t know where to draw the line. To see anyone lose their job during this Depressing Republican Economy is not joyful. When evil resides in the heart it cannot remain in that state forever and the manifestation of evil in Bachmann’s words relegate her to an inconsequential person.

All Minnesotans, Republican and Democrats, should denounce the statementas made by this congress person. They are embarrassing to the state, to its citizens, and to herself. Bachmann needs to quit spinning it further and just apologize for making some really stupid and offensive statements.

Bachmann has tarnished the reputation of this great state through her hate-inspired politics. Either she is a liar or an idiot and to give her the benefit of the doubt, I’ll let her choose. But the good people of her district also have a choice — to continue the politics of hatred and division or to send a message that the tired dinosaur politics of McCarthy and Nixon and Rove and Bachmann have no place in 21st century America. Tell her to go sit down.
