The State gives thousands upon thousands of dollars annually to Teen Challenge for rehab of drug addicts. They used those funds for questionable tactics in dealing with clients including discrimination against people they don't deem worthy. Additionally, it has been spectulated amongst some people in human services that Teen Challenge encourages clients to lie to the county case workers to collect their payments.
