Who is Tim (My Way) Pawlenty helping ? It’s not the number of bills vetoed, it’s the proposed legislation that he plans to veto that is the problem.

Sunday’s Strib editorial posed the question “if Minnesota has plenty of revenue, [why] has it laid off 4,000 schoolteachers, forced college students to pay hugely higher tuitions and asked road contractors to lend the money for new highway projects.

With Pawlenty, it's Timmy first, Minnesota second Timmy the Tool is burnishing his No New Taxes credentials for 2008, when he can strut around the GOP convention looking like a VP candidate. The sad thing is, he'll sell Minnesota down the river to do it. Or more like flush it down the toilet.
