		<description>What also can&#039;t be undone is going back and finding a voter who was illegally or improperly denied their vote.  With an ineligible vote, you can at least trace and verify that.  There is no way to account for the person who tried to vote and was wrongfully denied.  You don&#039;t even know which candidate(s) they might have voted for.</description>
