Norm Coleman’s senate campaign has filed for a temporary injunction to prevent Cynthia Reichert, Minneapolis’ director of elections, or anyone else from unsealing and counting 32 absentee ballots in her possession. This morning, the injunction states, Reichert was to transport the ballots to a secure Minneapolis warehouse and count them. Coleman’s campaign questions the validity of the ballots since they weren’t counted on Election Day. According to a press release by Democrat Al Franken’s campaign, the Ramsey County suit has been dismissed.

Franken’s campaign has called the injunction “a stealth attack.” Here’s a copy of the injunction [pdf]. After the jump, The UpTake’s video of a 1 p.m. Saturday press conference by the Franken campaign.
