Republicans in Congress are supporting a bill that would protect airline passengers who report suspicious activity from lawsuits.
The Protecting Americans Fighting Terrorism Act of 2007 was introduced in March after six imams filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis against US Airways, the Metropolitan Airports Commission and unnamed passengers.

GOP proposes sensible bill we all can support The uncovering of the terror plot to kill 100 soldiers at Fort Dix, uncovered by a vigilant store clerk, is all we need to know to support this kind of legislation.
Had a store clerk not acted on suspicions we would have seen a deadly terrorist attack in New Jersey.
Suing people for raising concerns over safety is like letting Govt whistleblowers get sued. It is a dangerous trend that chills behavior that could save lives.

Hey Abdi.. Any word if Mohammedi is going to volunteer to defend the guys who were planning to attack Fort Dix?
Seems like they are being targeted just because of their religion, right?
FORT DIX, N.J. – Six foreign-born Muslims were arrested and accused Tuesday of plotting to attack the Army’s Fort Dix and massacre scores of U.S. soldiers – a plot the FBI says was foiled when the men took a video of themselves firing assault weapons to a store to have the footage put onto a DVD.
Or is it because they are illegal aliens? It’s hard to keep track of a victim’s status these days.

WOW! There is a “John Doe” informer involved too…maybe Mohammedi can get these cases put together and name every native born American as a defendant in a class action suit!!
“Today we dodged a bullet. And looking at the weapons they were trying to obtain, we dodged a lot of bullets,” said FBI agent J.P. Weiss.
Weiss also saluted the store clerk who noticed the suspicious video as the “unsung hero” of the case. “That’s why we’re here today – because of the courage and heroism of that individual,” Weiss said..
