Actually, if factual details matter, he is blaming people like Birkey, who act as apologists for the complete meltdown of the mental health profession. Has Birkey had an "overhaul" of the equipment he was born with? If not, you're putting words in Baker's mouth, and from what I've read, he's perfectly capable of speaking for himself. Has Birkey had an “overhaul” of the equipment he was born with? If not, you’re putting words in Baker’s mouth, and from what I’ve read, he’s perfectly capable of speaking for himself.
