		<description>I was actually geeking out here and wasn&#039;t trying to say any particular number of challenges would be sinister. However, the master geek, Nate Silver, sort of says that if you follow the links in this post. I think he has some kind of disclaimer that it&#039;s all legal (a little overbroad since i believe truly frivolous challenges aren&#039;t legal), but he suggests a strategy that could be called sinister is at work: To take out sure-fire Franken votes from the recount&#039;s final total so Coleman&#039;s still ahead going into the Canvassing Board.</description>

They will get counted in the end if they are valid votes.  I don&#039;t see the problem.  They are doing 2.9 million ballots by hand.  I&#039;m sure they will quickly work through these 2,500 too.
