Clearly, this person wrote-in and voted for the Lizard People above, but for Senator he also just as clearly wrote-in LP as an candidate, but the VOTED for Franken. If filling in a bubble counts as the act of voting, then Franken got the vote. Unless there is some rule that the act of writing-in counts as a vote (as opposed to filling in the bubble), than throwing this ballot out is wrong.
