Because he is a public figure his likeness is not protected, just take a look at opponents ads during campaign time. I'm glad to see someone is making a statement about this gas bag. Other than the Daily Show, I can't see droopy dog being held accountable. Brokaw was horrible on Meet the Press. He let him off the hook. Same with Curic. We know droopy dog won't show up on Countdown or Rachel's show, he'll probably dodge the daily show and Cobert Report. I expect him to go on Larry King next. If you ever want a softball, Larry King is your guy. I've contacted my two Senators in Oregon and told them I hold them in contempt for having a secret vote and not revealing which weak kneed dems folded. I also reminded them of a quote Lieberman made on the Glenn Beck Radio Show on November 4. If they think he'll be voting with them to prevent filibusters, they just need to heed turn coat Joe's words. "I fear for the survival of our country if they reach that number."
