		<description>The fact that there is such a large disparity between the SecState and the Canvassing board numbers presented so far indicates the ineptness of the count. The fact that the problems in counting favor the Republican over whats his name, Franken, indicate some liklihood of democrats cheating AGAIN. What amazes some of us outsiders is that thinking Minnesotans want this professional clown as their senator. Don&#039;t they take this seriously? Surely there was a legitimate Democrat worthy of taking on Coleman somewhere in Minnesota.</description>

The real problem is the over 2% spoil rate of the absentee ballots which were about 10% of
all ballots. 6,400 / 288,000  This rate is enough to send the election to court if the 
Canvassing Board is lacking the stones to deal with the issue.</description>
