Unlike the absentee issue, this request cannot be granted by the courts or anyone - it&#039;s not possible to count these ballot since they cannot be found (for all we know, they may not exist - this might be a case of election workers accidently inserting a ballot twice through the machine). Since the margin will remain small in any case, Team Franken will always have an excuse to ask the Senate to vacate the election... Hopefully, the MNIndy will ask the Franken campaign how exactly they expect to resolve this missing ballot &quot;issue&quot; (Also, if they have “visual evidence of one ballot stuck out of the bottom of the [voting] machine” why didn&#039;t they tell the local recount board?)</description>
