The point is that retailers promote these "doorbusters" year after year. I was knocked over a few years ago when a crowd tore down a wall grabbing cheap laptops on Black Friday. Yet each year, there is no training in handling angry mobs and threats of firing if you refuse to work in this type of environment. While the people who did this should be prosecuted, so should store and corporate management for allowing this to happen year after year. I’m a Long Island Wal-Mart worker.
