Doesn’t the whole state have a smoking ban that is similar to the one in St. Paul? I have traveled all over the country and can’t think of any place I have visited that does not have similar, the same or stricter rules about smoking than St. Paul does. As for the drinking during the convention most of the partying was in Minneapolis any way. I hope it isn’t the bar owners that are running this city because if they are we are all in trouble. City government is about all industries and people in the city not just those who have liquor licenses.

As for the recall movement . . I seriously doubt it. Just a few people blowing smoke
