He also has a rumored challenger for DFL endorsement for his city council seat this year. The one person who hasn't declared that you have failed to mention is CM Paul Ostrow. Ostrow has at least two other challengers seeking the DFL endorsement this year for his seat and still hasn't declared that he's seeking reelection. Ostrow also ran unsuccessfully for 5th Congressional District Primary back in 2006 after not abiding by the DFL endorsement. Schiff decided to abide by the party endorsement in 2006.
