Is she also saying that gays should never use the courts? What are her thoughts about Brown v Board of Education or Miranda?

Why did Outfront Minnesota oppose the lawsuit against DOMA. Part of the arguments will be similar to the arguments on the concealed carry law – that the law was passed by being attached to a non-germaine bill. Get the law thrown out in court, then have the legislators vote on this – up or down.

I remember when Outfront Minnesota urged legislators to vote for a bill that removed DP benefits. The letter by Ann DeGroot was posted on Lloydletta’s Nooz – I’ll have to look for it.

Has Outfront considered sodomy law repeal as part of their legislative agenda?

She’s saying that without public support, legislators won’t have the will to pass this type of thing, so constituents need to be behind LGBT issues before anything can be successful. She is saying that’s why gay rights winning int he courts is a problematic solution.

Your comment makes absolutely no sense. The “leftist kooks that have been put into office” were put there by the leftist kooks who voted for them. They are representing the views of their constituents… and if they don’t, they get fired on election day.

Sounds like you disagree with Minnesota voters and, well, democracy.

That makes absolutely no sense. She admits that this outfit is hammering legislators, which implicitly disenfranchises people whose views are not being represented by the leftist kooks that have been put in office.

More gobbledy goop from the left…par for the course, I guess.
