If the numbers of voters and ballots match, then there wasn't double counting. If double-counting did occur, can we know with certainty which ballots were double-counted? Maybe if a precinct had one extra ballot, and one original not matched with a duplicate. I suspect it won't be that clear cut. But first, how many ballots are there, and how many voters signed in?
