		<description>If ballots were double-counted, there should be more ballots than voters. If the numbers of voters and ballots match, then there wasn&#039;t double counting. If double-counting did occur, can we know with certainty which ballots were double-counted? Maybe if a precinct had one extra ballot, and one original not matched with a duplicate. I suspect it won&#039;t be that clear cut. But first, how many ballots are there, and how many voters signed in?</description>
