		<description>I think the Minn. Supreme Court made a mistake when they injected the two candidates into the process of reviewing the improperly rejected absentee ballots.  In essence, the court wrote some sort of forced mediation into the process; however, are not the voters the real parties in interest, not the campaigns?  The sole issue is whether a vote should be counted under Minnesota law and, if so, for whom.  The real stakeholders in this process are voters for a wrongly rejected ballot disenfranchises a voter.</description>
