He just didn't come out of nowhere-he has over 20 years in doing issue advocacy work, grassroots organizing & leadership background. His elections experience was as National Chair of the "Nov 2" coalition in 2004.(see his bio on the SOS website).This work was during his time as Exec. Director of IATP. He is following in the footsteps of VP's Humphrey & Mondale, Gov Elmer Anderson & the late US Sen. Wellstone-a champion of the people's causes & singular in his mission & vision, a great listener & REALLY smart ! Can we get this guy to run for US Senate ?
