		<description>&lt;strong&gt;Certainly easier than what they have now&lt;/strong&gt; That would be easier to do that what their plan is now.&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;Think about it. You just have the track a little higher than the rest of 35W, have it go over the highway until past the Washington Ave. on-ramp, then have it go to the downstream side of the bridge. There is a plot of land at the intersection of University Ave. SE and 10th St. SE that used to have a Hardee&#039;s and a gas station/auto shop on it. The land is up for sale now and I doubt anyone is interested. It would be the perfect spot for a new station and then you just have it go straight down University to downtown St. Paul. You save money and you save time with LRT with regards to the Central Corridor because it&#039;ll be started when 35W is done.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
