With Al Franken poised to declare victory over Norm Coleman when the State Canvassing Board makes official his lead, unofficially at 225 votes, this afternoon, BoingBoing dug up an excellent video of Franken winning against another right-of-center figure: At the 2004 Connecticut Forum rightwing talker Ann Coulter said that, if she could come back as any person from history, she’d come back as Franklin Delano Roosevelt so she could “not introduce the New Deal.” Franken’s reply:
I would be Hitler… Well, you know, you get to call of the New Deal. I’d like to call off the Holocaust, you know, World War II, the Anschluss… But I’d keep the Volkswagen.

I started a collection to send Miss Stake Coulter to the Betty Ford Clinic for abuse of diet pills. So far, I have collected 13 cents and a paper clip.

Is the Joseph Goebels of the Right Wing Party out peddling one of her ” books” again and Surprise, Surprise she is saying something Offensive about poor, black,gay, liberal, democratic people blah blah blah. She is so Over like BUSH. This Ann person should stop whining and all the drama and Eat Something. Thats why she is so Angry and Bitter all the time because she is just Hungry. get some meat on that horsey oddly masculine….now that she is older…..face.
