The question of double counted votes has been deemed valid by the board. They decided they could not rule on it, and suggested it needed to go before the courts.

I predict the court will be faced with the conundrum of having to find that some ballots were in fact, counted twice (because they were), but unable to resolve it with the tools at hand.

Result? New election.

At his press conference/cheer leading party Norm Coleman said he was wrong about telling Franken to concede on the night of the election. Its all about the votes, man. The absentee votes he did not want counted, (but now he does).

If they open all those 11,000 absentee ballots Franken will widen his lead to several thousand.

Norm is out of votes, there are no more for Norm. FBI, take him away.

I remember on the 5th of Nov. Sen. Coleman asking Frankin to conceed because it would be the right thing to do. Well now the shoe is on the other foot and I don’t hear Coleman doing what he asked to be done. Politics as usual.
