“Heads Al Franken wins, tails Norm Coleman loses.” That’s the perspective of the Minnesota Senate recount Rep. Michele Bachmann shared on Fox & Friends this morning. She says “the law was not applied fairly. Norm Coleman, his legal team will be proved right. Once the law is applied fairly. If we get a fair judge, Norm Coleman will win this election.”

Oh yay… I love ridiculous generalities with a side of insult for the justice system. The fact is Bachmann doesn’t know the legal issues involved in Coleman v. Franken and thus has no basis other than her wingnut sixth sense to make predictions regarding this legal battle. But Kudos to you for throwing it up as “news”.

I think the Minnesota media should undertake an investigation to see if Michele Bachmann is un-Minnesotan.

You’re welcome, Frank. I figure, whenever a publicly elected official takes to the public airwaves, there’s a bit of “news” (or news) there.

There goes Bachmann throwing the good name of honest Minnesotan poll workers and election officials under the bus (both Democrat or Republican). All just to score some political points with the far right wing by jumping on board the latest conspiracy theory. Bad for Minnesota. She should have spent her time watch theuptake and seeing for herself how transparent and lawful the count was conducted, instead of playing pundit on Fox News.

She doesn’t dare show her face anywhere but Fox anymore, does she? What a disgrace.
