I question the premise that the lawsuit upended his campaign. It seemed the polls never moved. It seemed the public was willing to consider Coleman’s charge that Franken rigged it up. Normally such news would harm a campaign, maybe irreparably, but with the strong third party and the incredible negativity, it was an unusual campaign.

That it SHOULD have ended his campaign, yes.

Why is someone in a hurry??? Why is someone trying to delay?????? Every lawsuit I’ve been involved in, delay was the tactic of the guilty, not the innocent.

Hmmm. Why does this Paul McKim guy seem to be in a rush. Here is what I think. I think this McKim fellow has skeletons in his closet.
