The article from a conservative blog that you cite as evidence of shenanigans of the Franken team starts with this admonition from the writer:

“Just be prepared to get very, very angry.”

Objective readers would not require coaching regarding the proper emotional reaction to what they read.

The testimonial comes from a lawyer defending the vote of his fiancé.
An objective reader of such a testimonial might suspect some amount of bias or conflict of interest in the account.

I don’t understand why the recount was allowed to be attended by partisan teams trained by their respective campaigns. Minnesota law is very specific about who may be in a polling place while an election is being conducted. An election is over when the counting is complete. Until the local judges and State Canvassing board are done with either the count, or recount, the campaigns don’t belong near the ballots or the judges. In the interest of transparency, objective non partisan observers could be present if they are trained and organized by the Canvassing Board, not the campaigns. Once the recount is complete, lawyers for the campaigns can then have their day in court if they feel the law has been violated.
The way to prevent any questions regarding the “shenanigans” of partisan supporters is to follow the law and keep them all at a distance until the election is certified.

So with zero evidence of voter fraud the GOPS want to fix a system that isn’t broken; or is their version of voter supression? Not everyone has nor needs a license or state issued ID. Maybe they want to ‘tax’ voters in MN by forcing people to get a state issued ID ($20.00) Both are illegal.

Everyone should remember that when she was Secretary of State Kiffmeyer was stopped by a Republican U.S. Attorney when she attempted to disenfranchise American Indian voters, and she lost three legal battles with County Auditors over voter registration issues.

Gary, I read your post. My response is get off it. I have no idea if that story is true, I’m guessing you have no idea, but we do all have one thing in common. We can all watch the election contest and see Coleman’s tactics for ourselves. We can see Coleman’s statements in interviews for ourselves. We need believe nothing but our own eyes. Even if the story you posted was accurate, so what? One Franken volunteer was a jerk. Big whoop. Don’t forget Franken offered to accept all ballots deemed wrongly rejected by local authorities, but Coleman insisted in using the veto. Hoist by his own petard.

There might not have been any cases brought forward yet but I have knowledge of at least one incident happening in Central Minnesota. I’ll post something about it the minute I hear something specific about the investigation.
