I believe that, the problem with any economy accures when a nation imports more than what it exports, when big business owners seek to relocate its companys for a huger profit, thus creating unemployment in its own country, thus elimating tax revenue.

We've got to cut off the zombies food supply. We need to go back to co-op food. Growing our own vegetables, working in our own small shops. Maybe open a book exchange, an auto-repair co-op. Making clothes in America that we can afford. We have to shop at the local butcher shop and small hardware store. Borrow money for a home from a Local Credit union. We need to destroy the big corporations by ignoring them and getting back to goods made locally, not in a foreign sweat shop. America needs a re-do.

if you drive to the Heartland of America you also find ghost towns in the midst of what was prime agricultural land.

these towns are dead because the "other" house of unsustainable cards, Industrial Farming, has sucked the life blood out of these economies and lined the coffers or ADM, Cargil and Monsanto.
What is ironic is in these small towns there is no food !!! just an occasional dairy queen, no dairy products here anymore or Subway with the ground up animal parts neatly organized in trays by the flavorings they are titled with, and the local IGA has nothing but heavily processed food in cans or bags with crappy produce trucked in from somewhere south of the border.

its bizarre.
