Man Takes Hostages at Clinton’s NH HQ

Two people are being held hostage by an armed man at the Rochester, New Hampshire presidential campaign headquarters of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y.

According to MSNBC, the man told the four people in the room that he had a bomb strapped to his chest.  The man did allow a campaign volunteer to leave with her infant child.  That worker alerted authorities to the attack.

Clinton is in Washington, D.C., and is not at risk.

As of right now, MSNBC is reporting that the man is demanding to speak with Clinton.

Clinton has reportedly canceled all of her campaign appearances for today. 

According to MSNBC, the Clinton campaign issued a statement saying, “We are in close contact with state and local authorities and are working at their direction.”
