Obama said that in his sort-of state of the union address, so at least we know he understands the situation.The poll indicates independents don't accept that idea yet, but are persuadable. I don't hope to have Republicans on board until the new system is in place and successful, like Medicare, about which Republicans sometimes say (I'm not kidding) "keep the government out of my medicare!"
