Dems offer online form letter with drop-down apologies to Limbaugh

rush-letter1Democrats have invented an online tool that generates apology letters to Rush Limbaugh with a series of drop-down menus for filling in the blanks. The dittohead widget was inspired by and incorporates mea culpas from leading Republicans after they made comments critical of Limbaugh, the radio host seen as ascendant in the GOP. Apparently the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is offering it in the spirit of bipartisan support that saw national Republican organizations back Al Franken and Democrats in asking the federal government to allow more committees with fewer rules to raise funds for the Minnesota U.S. Senate election contest trial.

That’s brilliant. I say that as someone who has never said much nice about the DCCC. I usually think they’re negative campaigns are clumsy. Not this time.

I also recommend to anyone a bit on Stephanie Miller this morning taking off on the Twilight Zone story about a kid who could will people to disappear or turn into inanimate objects, and all the adults pretended everything the kid did was great. Substitute Limbaugh for Bill Mumy.

I am still waiting for Chicken-Hawk Rush Limpball to debate comedian Al Franken. What can Rush be afraid of? Is it just because Franken is more intelligent and has a superior education than Limpball? After all, Franken offered to let rush take either side of the debate based upon “Rush Limbaugh is a big fat idiot”. Why won’t Rush take Franken’s offer to debate the issue. Oh, I forgot, Rush Limpball is a big fat Chicken-Hawk. A Dittohead is a euphemism for a “Yes-man” that is not willing or capable of thinking for themselves. They are but lemmings following the Fat Paid Piper over the cliff. Currently, he mouths off and does not have to worry about responsibility, let alone research and the consequences of his actions. He will not run for office because he is the quintessential Chicken-Hawk. It took eight years for the Republican Reactionary Neo-Cons to create this economic depression, and it will take a few years to resolve it

Actually, Al should be afraid of debating Limbaugh. How do you debate someone who makes things up?
