What I meant about this being a smear campaign is that in my view, it truly is – Why so much fuss over a candidate for City Council? Even if some or all of this is true about Charles, why so much publicity over it? From what I’ve read, he raised $1700! That can’t have impacted that many donors and from what Charles has said, he is doing everything he can to get money back to those who have asked for it which, by the way, I think is ludicrous. Many candidates have had to drop out of campaigns for various reasons and have not had to give money back to donors and there have been many who have lied in worse ways than this.

I also assure you that I am of sound mind and believe it or not, there are others whose opinions differ from yours. I just happen to have compassion for Charles especially if he is suffering from some kind of mental illness. I don’t know what your deal is with Charles. Maybe I should assume that “LaTaya=Adam” because you both happen to have that view of Charles. I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt. Rest assured that “jka DOES NOT =Charles” and neither does Esmeralda. We are real people who know Charles and even if he’s made some mistakes, it doesnt alter our opinion of him.

I recommend trying a little compassion. It truly is life altering when you view others from a compassionate point of view instead of a judgmental point!

As I said to LaTaya, whatever your deal is with Charles, get over it and move on!

This is just getting laughable. Charles, just stop already. Please. Just stop commenting on articles and go seek help or something already. You are obsessed with defending yourself, when really, you should be apologizing and giving people their money back.

Quit lavishing yourself with praise, quit bringing up Obama disparagingly in your comments (he is more of a man than you will ever be), quit manufacturing outrage against those who exposed you (the only outrage is from those you’ve manipulated) and for the love of God, quit calling this a smear campaign. People are doing nothing but telling the truth, which, to anyone of at least sound mind, does not equate to smearing.

It seems you’ve learned nothing, which is quite sad. You are just setting yourself up for more failure.

However, this statute correlates with charitable organizations, Section 501c(3) organizations. A political fund is not considered a charitable organization by any means. It is actually a Section 527 organization.

To explain, when people get on TV and claim that Barack Obama is a muslim terrorist cocaine dealer, and people donate money to that organization, it is entirely legal. So while Carlson was ethically wrong, mentally ill, whatever, he did not break any laws.
