picture-14Secret cuts: Brian Lambert reports that Secrets of the City, the fusion of the former MNspeak and The Rake magazine, has been “forced to stop payments to bloggers.” While co-owner Tom Bartel says freelancers like Britt Robson and Jimmy “Dude Weather” Gaines, as well as MNSpeak editor Max Sparber, will continue to be paid, it’d appear to cut out talented writers like Rich Goldsmith, Michael Fallon, Rich Barlow, Christina Schmid and others.
