Hovland Live Blog Tonight, 6 PM

Edina Mayor Jim Hovland will be online tonight at 6 PM to discuss his congressional campaign in Minnesota’s Third district.  Hovland is one of three Democrats vying to succeed retiring Republican Jim Ramstad.
