Oil Reaches $100/Barrel

For the first time ever, crude oil prices reached $100 a barrel in futures trading today. Forbes is also reporting that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries stated that its member nations may not be able to meet demand as early as 2024, suggesting that the next arbitrary milestone to be reached may be the $150 barrel, that is if the
