What are the Twin Cities DFL Elected officials doing about the 2002 MN Anti-Terrorism Bill. (aka MN Patriot Act) ?
609.714 CRIMES COMMITTED IN FURTHERANCE OF TERRORISM.

Are they trying to repeal it? aRE they ignoring it?

or are they trying to pass more bills that take away our civil rights ?

Thank you Duluth working people. I agree that the RNC police state action by the government, federal, and county was obsene and unconstitutional and a threat to the basic rights people in this country have fought for over many generations. I believe in our rights and believe we should exercise them and take a stand against imperial actions of our government.

The Duluth Central Labor Body not only backs the RNC 8,, but even more so the 1st Amendment of the Constitution.
They are backing all who: that expressly prohibits the United States Congress from making laws or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, infringe the freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to peaceably assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
All of those who swore to uphold the constitution in our state (ie city officials, state officials, law-enforcement, judges) have failed the citizens of the country.

Thank you DCLB for being a true Union of the workers and of “the People”.
I was shut down and shut out of reading a similar resolution at my DFL Ward 12 convention last week. Sabotaged and lied to at my precinct caucus, Rules committee and then shouted down at the Convention by party organizers.
Every true progressive and true patriot of this great state and country should sign on to this resolution.
