Friedberg made a clarification after he realized that the first statement he made may cause the fundraising to dry up for Coleman. Of course he had to clarify the matter or he might not get paid.

What this whole experience has shown, is, that there is no way to count all the votes perfectly. Machines, and, the people that run them, do make mistakes. It only matters when we get the very rare situation, of a very close election. So, Minnesota has a process to recount, and, then judge the recount, to determine the winner. It is time for the former senator to move on to the next chapter of his life. Minnesota, and, the nation, needs another Democratic senator to get this country going again.

COLEMAN v MINNESOTA: Game OVER!!
Holding an ENTIRE STATE "hostage" to a questionable character’s whims is CRIMINAL! FBI examining his financial misdeeds insures he won’t serve even 1-yr.
Let him appeal to GOD (RNC can FUND it). But CERTIFY Franken if/when trial judges so rule. Coleman can litigate till end of time on the RNC's DIME! Which would drain 2010 GOP candidates’ FUNDS.
Coleman lacks only GUN/MASK to expose his actions as: CRIMINALS who are SUBVERTING the will of the People of Minnesota!
FINE THEM for HIGHWAY robbery & what they've cost THIS STATE! Nobody is ABOVE the law.
Besides, THEIR motives are NOT PURE.
PS: Anybody making a coleman BOBBLE-head should do so putting a MASK on him - holding a GUN pointed at the GREAT STATE OF MINNEOSTA!
