Thanks for your question. Off the top of my head, I recall having a little trouble getting data in electronic form last year as the law requires. But as President Obama would say, don't take my word for it -- Others ranging from the ACLU-MN to Crown Hydro LLC have complained in writing to the MPRB about their own difficulties in gathering public information from the park board under the state's Government Data Practices Act.
