Out of concern that teens are not getting the information they need about fundamental health issues related to sexual activity efforts to fund comprehensive sex education at the federal level are regaining steam.

Tons of research has been done by nonprofits across the country on what works in prevention education, what doesn’t, and why it should matter to all of us. Maybe folks can pass some it on to Pawlenty!!

It would be good if MN legislators would grow a pair and stand up to Pawlenty. Only then can they do what’s right – pass comprehensive sex ed for all MN students.

And Margaret Anderson Kelliher blinks, and doesn’t force Pawlenty to veto the legislation, and take the political hit for doing so.
