I expected a full verdict from the ECC by now. (Has the clock started on appealing the decision on the first claim?) What's the composition of the Supremes that will hear the appeal? Will Page recuse? (I doubt it.) How long to decide the appeal? (2 days, I would have guessed, but MN jurists are apparently much more careful than I expected.) Y’know, so far he’s right.
