Even though they stopped the clan fighting, warlords and the piracy. So now we are talking about restructuring the Navy because we ran an illegal invasion and killed tens of thousands of people. How about a cheaper way of doing it? Let the Islamic Courts run Somalia, put Cheney and Bush in Gitmo for some water boarding and a little screwing with Cheney's pacemaker and some microwaves and electricity.
