Rep. Keith Ellison responded to a statement made by Rep. Michele Bachmann last week, when she said the so-called “flying imams” visited Minneapolis in 2006 to attend his election victory party.
Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, appeared on the Ed Schultz Show on MSNBC to refute her claim.
“This is not true,” Ellison told Schultz. “I think it could even be called psycho talk.”
The segment Ellison appeared on was called “Psycho Talk.” Schultz said it was Bachmann’s second appearance since the show debuted less than two weeks ago.

Ed,
ask Ellison if the DHS should be targetting mosques as well as veterans and limited government types – you know, us extremists.

Hmmmm… coming from a religous movement that straps bombs to themselves, hacks off people’s heads, and stones little girls to death, I’m not sure Mr. Ellison should be pointing fingers at others and accusing them of being “psycho.”

in 1927, Andrew Kehoe blew up a school and blew himself up as rescuers gathered because he was upset that his property taxes were raised to pay for a public school. 45 people (mostly children) died. Violent extremism for any reason should not be tolerated. Blanket statements about any viewpoint or religion are also not helpful.

Michelle Bachman is a complete psycho and how this lunatic ever got elected is beyond me.

Hey, Michele better watch out. She continues to tread into dangerous territory. Since she seems to have no boundaries. I think it is time for someone to start pulling Miss Commie Crazy’s bones out of the closet. We could start with her husband and son -whom I hear from the rumor mill get rather “friendly” with the other boys at the gym. No wonder Michele turned “Republican” – if that’s what you call her. Sounds like sure could start her own party called “Needs Medicine”. Whack !!

Hey Rebel3 – Catholics priests are pedaphiles. Does that mean that the Pope and the rest of the Catholic church promotes Pedophelia, Child pornography, and incest? You better get a grip -these types of sterotypical comments put you close to Bachmann’s camps of whack jobs. Come on, post another brilliant comment. Being a Muslim doesn’t make a person a suicide bomber no more than being a priest or a catholic make a person a child loving-perferted-incestuous sex crazed maniac. Get a grip!

Okay but why didn’t we hear Bachmanns response, a little one sided to say the least, another MSM hatchet job?? Go ahead let somebody have it but let them respond jerk bait. Otherwise me thinks you protest a little too much.

I would be suspicious of any odd behavior on a plane. But the facts are the overwhelming majority of terrorist attacks are committed by Muslim extremists. If I were Muslim I would be mad as hell that these terrorist even call them selves Muslim just as I am sure Catholics feel the same about pedophile priests.

MB could end up having her own TV show called “Put Foot In Mouth-Size 10″. She is a dandy. Great for laughs but the rightys just love her which sez a bunch for their mentality.

Right, Jack. And then we should let Elison respond to Bachmann’s new comments. Right? And then we should let Bachmann respond again. And then let Elison respond to that. And then let Bachmann respond to those comments. Where does it end? I suppose it is only okay with you as long as the righty gets the last comment.

Better yet, I think a tactic group should be formed to pour a bunch of money into a legal fund that could be used to bring suit against Michele Bachmann every time she knowingly, willingly, and with malice lies about a person to bring them discredit. It wouldn’t be about winning money or necessariy winning at all. If Michele had to spend enough money just defending herself against all the lies she makes up, she might think twice before she opens her mouth and talks a bunch of nonsense. There are pleanty of people who hate Michele Bachmann enough to pool resources to make it happen. I just may start the group myself. Quite frankly, people like Michele Bachmann need to be held to task.

Folks,
I am a proud Moslem American, and will always will be, no matter what she or any other whack job says about my religion. It does not bother me, as sticks and stones….
I love this beloved country of ours just like any other patriot American would. May God bless America- the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Thank you all,
