1.Would someone please define torture? And where outside of the law the U.S. was complicit in carrying it out specifically.

Does the U.S. military torture it&#039;s own soldiers for purposes of training? If so, is this okay? Why or why not?

How do the professionals on torture in this piece answer to the additional torture memos that state that some of the enhanced interrogation methods DID PRODUCE tangible intelligence results? An answer to this is particularly relevant in the presence of a definition of torture; moreover relevant in lieu of the fact that these torture professionals contend that torture NEVER works for benefit of intelligence gathering. 

Any answers from these professionals would be appreciated.</description>
